Carlow & South Leinster Rape Crisis Centre facilitates training and education programmes for a variety of different groups, organisations, and workplaces.

It is our aim to work towards ending cultural and societal tolerance of sexual violence and abuse through awareness, advocacy and education programmes.

Aim & Objectives

The aim of our training and education programmes is primary prevention and our objectives are to :

Create awareness of issues relating to sexual violence and abuse
Reduce incidences of sexual violence through knowledge and awareness
Provide the tools to build a society which supports, understands, and meets the needs of survivors of sexual violence with compassion
Work towards a culture which stands with survivors of sexual violence and stands against all forms of sexual violence
